Overview
Located on the River Ouse, around 50-miles from the North Sea, the Port has rail connections to many berths and well-used canal connections to West and South Yorkshire. The 125 hectare Capitol Park distribution centre is located close by. With a network of short sea shipping services to Northern Europe, Scandinavia and the Baltic, Goole is principally a bulk cargo port, handling agri-bulks, cement, animal feed, cereals and more, as well as steel products and bulk liquids.

Located less than two miles from the M62, Goole is only 30 minutes' drive from the industrial areas of West and South Yorkshire. The North Midlands and the North-West are no more than an hour's drive away.
